Braintree District Council in preparing its Local Plan for 2041 has called for sites for potential new housing. These sites are yet to be discussed and agreed to be suitable by BDC. Before then Bulmer Parish Council has the opportunity to provide BDC comments about each site.

It is understood that there is to be a Parish council meeting to discuss these proposals and gather comments for BDC on the 12th August at 7:30pm, Agenda can be viewed here…….

Residents are being asked to feed back any ideas, issues or suggestions by 5pm on Friday 16 August 2024 either by emailing planningpolicy@braintree.gov.uk or by post to: Planning Policy, Braintree District Council, Causeway House, Bocking End, Braintree, Essex CM7 9HB.

Comments will be considered by the council in preparing the draft Local Plan document ahead of further wider public consultation with residents, businesses and communities later this year and in 2025.
